Hi, I'm Anika


I strive for building positive conversation around my passions of food and health, I try to incorporate my experiences within each recipe because food is personal. Discuss, enjoy, share, and hopefully learn with me on my adventure! Here's a little bit about me...


I am a Registered Dietitian in Hamilton, Ontario. It is my goal is to create a positive and comfortable environment when talking about food. I have been cooking and creating healthy recipes since I was a very young and I really wanted to share them with you all. Check out my recipes, they're easy to make! If you have questions write about it in the discussion or contact me directly. I'd love to hear your feedback and input! I have been able to use my knowledge from my internship and experiences to create recipes that are easy, affordable, and delicious. I'm excited and optimistic about what the future holds for food, nutrition and health!
