Favourite Chia Pudding Blends


4 Tbsp Fauxnola Chia Blend

1/2 c. Unsweetened Coconut milk (or any kind of milk) 1/2 c. Coconut water 1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (to taste) **THIS IS THE BASE**

Add the following blends to the base for some yummy chia pudding! Make sure you add the ingredients then leave the pudding to bloom for at least 4 hours in the fridge. I usually leave mine overnight and it works brilliantly!

Cocoa Coconut 1 Tbsp Pure Organic Cocoa 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

Chai Coconut Steep some Red Rose tea in the coconut milk prior to adding - add 1 cup of coconut milk and no water for extra chai flavour. 1/2 Tsp of Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp Cardamom

5-6 crushed Cloves

Matcha Coconut 1 Tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder 2 Tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes

Classic Coconut 2 Tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes 1 Tsp Vanilla
