No-Bake Energy Balls ~VEGAN~

I concocted this recipe when I was really struggling with different sweet snacks I could have without any added sugar, that are vegan, and gluten-free. I decided WHY NOT MAKE ENERGY BALLS! They're a delicious snack, with no added sugar.

1 box of Medjool Dates (pitted)

1/2 bag of Fauxnola Original Blend

1 scoop of vanilla Protein powder*

  1. Take the pitted dates, the fauxnola original, and protein powder and pulse in a blender/food processor until its smooth.

  2. Take the paste and put it in a bowl and cover in the fridge for about 20 mins.

  3. Use an ice cream scoop and portion out each individual ball! I did half a scoop/ball but it's up to you! You can customize and roll the energy balls in coconut flakes or crushed nuts!

  4. Refrigerate and enjoy!! SO YUM AND SO NATURAL!

*I've been hunting for specific requirements for years, and finally stumbled upon Perfect Protein. Its vegan, gluten-free, dairy free, pea free, and Non-GMO with less than 6 ingredients (all of which I can pronounce, and know where they originate) - best thing everFauxnola Original Blend: a made in MB product that I've grown to love and respect. The blend is sunflower seeds, almond slivers, chia, pumpkin seeds, and coconut flakes. If you'd like to substitute all those raw ingredients you can!
