Warm Kale Salad

Ingredients:

Kale

Coconut oil

Pine nuts/pumpkin seeds

Sesame seeds

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika 

1 tsp chilli flakes

Sesame oil 

Roasted lentils (optional) 

Steps: 

1. In a large wok/cast iron (whichever you prefer) warm coconut oil on medium heat. 

2. Add the kale, sesame oil, pine nuts (or sunflower seeds), and sesame seeds. I like add roasted lentils to make it a meal! Add cumin, paprika, and chilli flakes. Stir until the kales colour is a darker green. Voila!

The proportions for oil is pretty dependent on how much kale. For about 2 handfuls I use a large spoon of coconut oil and about half the amount of sesame!
